This project grew out of a smaller service call. The client had originally reached out about replacing a shower head, and during that same call also asked about installing a photocell and motion sensor flood light for the garage. Our technician was out the next day and handled both — the shower head swap and the new light fixture. While on-site, the client was impressed enough with the work and the way CanRenovation's specialist carried themselves that they asked about interior painting Etobicoke homeowners often look for, specifically repainting the ground floor of their bungalow. The walls were green and in rough shape — the client had attempted to paint them personally at some point, without great results. On top of that, they'd been unhappy with visible cracks across the ceiling for a while. Just five days later, the painting project got underway. All the ceiling cracks were addressed with proper ceiling crack repair and plastering first, with wall painting happening alongside that work, and the ceiling painted last once everything was patched and ready. Furniture and belongings stayed in the house the entire time, properly covered and protected throughout.
